They are highly qualified, well-experienced, adequately trained and service oriented professionals who always guide the students properly to explore and fabricate their destiny and they are also continuously striving hard for excellence in their performance. Their role is not confined to that of academicians or trainers but they serve as motivators and guides who are also capable of establishing cordial but firm relationship based on discipline, trust, understanding, respect and compassion with the students.

Beside it, REED is aware enough regarding the dynamism. Therefore, regular training is given to the teachers to make them more confident, volatile and able to adopt the modern methodology to make teaching learning more effective and up-to-date.
